Refunds and returns

All sales final, no returns possible. Exchanges may be given in exceptional circumstances, for example due to product fault.

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. We also provide an exchange if it needs to be changed with another size depending on the stock availability. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@celinekwan.com

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

If a purchase was made within 24 hours and you wish for an exchange, or have ordered the wrong item, please contact us immediately to discuss your order and we can exchange the product.
